APDC 2027 welcomes delegates, speakers, exhibitors, media, and staff to an inclusive professional event. Treat others respectfully, regardless of identity, background, disability, age, or religion. These guidelines supplement applicable laws and venue policies.
Use of Camera and Video
Respect privacy and obtain permission before recording people or scientific material. Do not record complete presentations without organizer authorization. Professional photography or filming at JICC requires organizer permission; respect authors’ copyright.
Harassment
Offensive comments, discriminatory conduct, intimidation, stalking, unwanted contact, non-consensual photography, and disruption of sessions are unacceptable. Do not encourage such behavior.
Presentations
Present original work based on ethical research and obtain appropriate consent from collaborators and funders. Presenters remain responsible for their material.
Social Media
Discuss the congress respectfully. Obtain consent before posting photographs, recordings, or presentation content, and honor requests not to share unpublished research.
Reporting Process
Report concerns to APDC 2027 staff or secretariat@apdcindonesia2027.com. Organizers may remove event access and refer reports to appropriate institutions or authorities when necessary.
