Warm greetings from the Asia Pacific Dental Federation / Asia Pacific Regional Organization (APDF/APRO).

It is with great enthusiasm that I invite each National Dental Association to actively participate in the 48th Asia Pacific Dental Congress (APDC), to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 27-29 May, 2027.

Our Asia Pacific Dental Congresses have long served as the premier gathering of our regional dental community, where dental insights are shared, innovations are showcased, and enduring friendships are forged. As we prepare for another remarkable congress, I encourage every National Dental Association to take an active role by sending delegates, participating in the General Assembly and Commission meetings, and supporting the various scientific sessions and workshops throughout the congress.

Through your active participation, we continue to strengthen a vibrant and united "ONE APRO". Together, we promote excellence in oral healthcare, strengthen meaningful collaboration among our member associations, and advance the dental profession throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Every delegate, every presentation, and every exchange of ideas contributes to the continued success of our Federation.

I also wish to express my sincere support to the President of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI), Dr. Usman Sumantri, and to the General Chairman of the 48th APDC Local Organizing Committee, Dr. Himawan Halim, whose leadership and dedication will undoubtedly make this congress a memorable success.
